Bar and restaurant
There are two bars one in the lobby and one on the roof with amazing views over Hue and the Perfume River. However, the prices in the roof bar were extortionate, however the lobby bar prices were much more reasonable.
Has a relatively large restaurant with white linen covered tables. The décor was smart and clean with Colonial decoration using cream and white colours to give a light and fresh appearance. There is a dinner buffet every other day and a buffet breakfast serving western and Vietnamese breakfast items.
Service
There is an emphasis on customer service here, everybody smiles and is pleased to help.
