    Arrival at 'Thorntree River Lodge' in Zambia. As we turned off what was the main road onto a little dirt track so full of pot holes I was afraid our 4WD might actually crash and burn inside one I began to doubt the wisdom of venturing so far off the beaten track to such a destination.  Should we have perhaps stayed in the small town of Livingstone itself?
