About the accomodation
I have two places I'd like to share, one is offered by my landlord, hence the 'Amanda's' in the name. I just do this for them because they don't get online much and have some limitations as to language, but two in their family speak English very well.
This is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment. There is a nice patio where you can enjoy the air and views. Sometimes you will be able to see the snow-covered mountains and sometimes you can just see the farmlands and foothills.

Nice, Fully Furnished Apartment
This apartment is only $25 per night, which is less than half of what commercial guest houses charge. Everyone who's stayed there has enjoyed it with no complaints. They even provide organic coffee and the place has electric, WIFI and solar water heating. If you are traveling with at least one other person you can save a lot of money and be more comfortable by staying in something like this. You can cook one or two meals per day and save a lot of time and a bit of money.
